After a short break from our blog we are back and excited about the year ahead with many wonderful new retailers around Australia and New Zealand representing the One Day Soone label.
This week we profile Lindy and Paul Du Moulin from our gorgeous new stockist ‘Teddy Sinclair’ in Leura, NSW.
What is your ‘One Day Soone’ dream? Our ‘One Day Soone’ dream is to expand our store and incorporate a more extensive men’s range. Currently we have wonderful temptations for women and men but we are excited to be expanding into the shop next door, creating a new space focusing on the Teddy Sinclair MAN – bags, jewellery, belts and leather satchels for the men, which will allow room for showing more for our WOMEN.
What steps have you/are you taking to achieve your ‘One Day Soone’ dream? Artist, Paul Du Moulin and partner Lindy will again be responsible for the store’s design and we can’t wait for more of their off-beat, industrial style.
What is your inspiration for your One Day Soone dream? The inspiration behind Teddy Sinclair’s image and all our pieces is the idea of the ‘old gentleman adventurer’ He symbolises bravery, exploration,innovation and style. The store is always changing as we are constantly on the look out for new display pieces–vintage science equipment, old travel wear and unique industrial relics. You never know what you’ll find wandering through Teddy Sinclair!
What is your favorite One Day Soone design?
We love the ‘Enchantment’ earrings from the Enchanted Forest collection for their balance between quirkiness and simplicity. They are delicate and feminine, and their hand-cut edge and brushed silver give them a unique handmade quality that fits well with Teddy Sinclair.
What trends can customers expect to see at Teddy Sinclair in the coming months? Our range is ever-changing and customers can always expect to find jewellery, fun accessories and amazing leather bags. We love to discover unusual, creatively inspired pieces.
